This course, taught by Kay Goldstein, MA is primarily designed for ongoing students or for those who already have practiced meditation or other forms of spiritual practice elsewhere and would like to deepen their practice. We will use traditional approaches such as mindfulness, as well as energy work, movement and intuitive practices. Typical classes will include periods of silent seated meditation, checking in with each student, and time to experiment with sensing energy or practicing forms of meditative movement. Classes will focus on individual feedback and questions in a non-judgmental, confidential and welcoming environment. Class size limited to 8.

Can’t come to all the classes? You can make-up at least one class at no charge at my Wednesday AM drop in class which is year round. Your commitment to attendance is important to the group process and sense of trust and support.

What to bring:

Cushions or blankets to sit on the floor- you may use a chair if you need to.

A sense of humor and curiosity.
