Music for Meditation

The practice of meditation is like cultivating a small plant that has sprung from the seed of our most essential self. Meditation nurtures us in a way that creates space for us to grow and blossom, to recognize and become our most authentic and vibrant self.

Meditation is not another activity to add to our “to do list” in order to achieve something else. Meditation requires and ultimately teaches us basic acceptance of who and where we already are.

Our minds like to keep control.  Meditation techniques, in some ways, are really just methods to give our minds something to do so it finally gets bored enough to give up.

We all have mental, physical and spiritual patterns that can cause problems or imbalances in our lives.  Meditation can provide the clarity to see, feel and allow those patterns to shift.
