WHAT ARE THE CLASSES LIKE?
Classes are designed for individuals or small groups of students. There are opportunities for discussion, practice and feedback in a safe, confidential and non-judgmental environment. Members may work individually or with others in practicing various techniques.
Physical awareness and comfort is important for each person. Attention is paid to tension in the body and the effects of internal energy movement. Practice in class may include quiet sitting, listening to music, using mantras, and walking, standing or guided movement meditation.
Students develop a core of experience and inner knowledge that is grounded in pure awareness and sensation, not just in the rational thinking mind.
As appropriate, Kay assists students with energy balancing and individual problem solving. There are no requirements as to belief system, only a willingness to seek what feels right for you.
